Former South African skipperAB de Villiers (ABD) has decided to pull out of Australia’s highly-prestigious Big Bash League despite initially giving confirmation to Cricket Australia for the tournament.
Now, the governing body has to decide who all they want for the 2019-20 edition as De Villiers’ presence would have boosted their TV ratings.
ABD was roped in as all other big Australian players, including Pat Cummins, Steve Smith and David Warner will be busy completing their national duties.
