India's shuttler, Ajay Jayaram, has managed to cruise past his oppositon to enter the quarterfinals of ongoing Chinese Taipei Open. Jayaram defeated Denmark's Kim Bruun 21-10, 22-20 to stamp his authority on the encounter.
Jayaram started the match showing his dominaiton. There wasn't much room given to Bruun but he held Jayaram and pushed him to a spot in the second round. However, despite a grueling contest, Bruun couldn't stretch the match and Jayaram sealed the deal. With this victory, Jayaram remains the only Indian in the competition.
