It has been widely reported that Arsenal are set to announce their new signing of Uruguayan central defensive midfielder Lucas Torriera from Sampdoria after the FIFA World Cup.
Torriera came off the bench in the first two games in the Tournament but his impressive performances saw him start every game since then. 22 year old midfielder is a tough-tackling box-to-box style player, not the type to shirk a 50-50 challenge that Arsenal has missed from many years.
Uruguay international star's father claimed, the 22-year-old is worried about adapting to the Premier League. As he told the reporters "There will be people that will accompany him, he won't be alone. It's a big change [going to England] and we don't want to think about it yet because we're scared."
"The truth is it's tough to manage the language, adapt to the [London] society and customs and at the same time not lose ours," he added.
Arsenal have already signed goalkeeper Bernd Leno, right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner and central defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos in the summer transfer window.
