It's going to be spear vs spear. Bobby Lashley, the former ECW Champion and WWE United States Champion will face Roman Reigns in a singles match at Extreme Rules PPV. Lashley made his come back on the night after Wrestlemania 34, i.e., April 9 episode of RAW. The former ECW champion returned to the promotion almost after 11 years.
Now he'll face one of the best main eventers who has been a three-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Both superstars spear their opponents to finish matches. Lashley is a great technical wrestler as well as a powerhouse and striker, while Reigns does a variety of moves from slams & powerbombs to dropkicks & clotheslines.
The feud started when both superstars wanted to face each other, however Kurt Angle put both superstars in a tag team match against The Revival, the team of Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. The Revivial won the match. In the following week, the rematch happened in which Reigns declined to tag in Lashley and then Lashley left Reigns to be attacked by the Revivial. On July 9 episode of RAW, Reigns called Lashley out and then both superstars started brawling.
