Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger revealed that Callum Hudson-Odoi is already showing his star aura, though he is still young.
Rudiger considers Callum-Hudson Odoi's performance is like a star, despite being only 18 years old.
"To be honest, of all the players I've seen at Chelsea, Callum is a shining star for me," Rudiger said to Sky Sports.
"Callum has everything he needs to become a big player. However, all he has to do is work hard.
"I think at the moment everything is going well for Callum," the German defender added. Hudson-Odoi's glory managed to attract the attention of the German club, Bayern Munich. Callum Hudson-Odoi is rumored to be a hot target for Bayern Munich in the 2019 winter transfer market.
Spending his childhood in Berlin and defending Borussia Dortmund and Vfb Stuttgart, made Antonio Rudiger explain Germany when enquired by Callum Hudson-Odoi.
"Right, he asked about Germany. He asked a general question to know, because he was young," Antonio Rudiger said.
Bayern Munich are reportedly serious about getting the jewel of the Blues, born on November 7, 2000. In fact, Bayern's Sports Director, Hasan Salihamidzic, bluntly said that he wanted to propose for the 18-year-old British winger.
The latest news says, Bayern have submitted a bid of 35 million pounds. On the other hand, Antonio Rudiger hopes Hudson-Odoi opts to stay with the West London Team.
Rudiger believes Chelsea is a place that is able to accommodate the development of young players. "He can develop well at Chelsea. Of course, he will also develop well in Germany, and don't forget Bayern Munich is also a big club," said Antonio Rudiger.
"Hopefully he gets the best, but I hope he can survive with us. Right, as a young player it is very important to get minutes to play. Where can he get that opportunity? I hope at Chelsea," the German added.
Callum Hudson-Odoi is a hot prospect since appearing neatly in the pre-season match for the Blues in July 2018. Hudson-Odoi's charming appearance continued as he contributed two assists for Alvaro Morata in the FA Cup third round against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
In the 2018-2019 season, he played in eight games over various competitions. The trust of Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri was paid for by Callum Hudson-Odoi with a goal and three assists.
