Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has confirmed that Willian will replace Neymar in Brazil’s squad for Copa America. Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar, who is facing a rape allegation, has been ruled out of the tournament due to an ankle injury.
Chelsea winger Willian comes in as his replacement having guided his club to Europa League glory this season. He has scored eight goals in 65 appearances for his country. Brazil will open their campaign against Bolivia on June 14.
