Eden Hazard gave a new signal related to his future, where winning the Champions League with Chelsea is his main target even though he is now facing speculations aboutReal Madrid's transfer .
The 27 year-old player still has 18 months remaining and his commitment to Chelsea will depend on whether the club qualifies for next season's Champions League competition.
The Blues are fourth in the Premier League table, ahead of Arsenal on goal difference, following a shock defeat at home to Leicester City last week.
"I know I play for one of the biggest clubs in the world, and I can develop in the future. I need to score more goals, we need to win more trophies," Hazard told the Sport Metro.
"I have won a lot with Chelsea, but when you play for Chelsea you want big trophies like the Champions League, and to reach the final."
Other than this biggest ambition, Hazard wants to be an unselfish player on the pitch. He wants to help his co-players to fetch positive results for his club.
"I never thought of myself. I just tried playing with my teammates. I spent a lot of time in the middle of the field to act like a playmaker. Sometimes I am lucky to pass the ball and we score, sometimes not! "
"I want to keep this as part of my football, playing for my teammates. So everyone can shine. I am happy with my performance and what I have been through this season. For four months we enjoyed playing football with new teams and managers."
Hazard is growing rapidly under Maurizio Sarri, who replaced Antonio Conte last summer. However, the Belgian star admits he needs space to improve, and insists Chelsea must target great titles, both for now and in the future.
"Personally, I feel like I'm leveling up because of the World Cup," he added commenting on the success of the Belgian national team that achieved third place in the World Cup.
"I thought before the World Cup, I was considered a good player, but after the World Cup, they said I was one of the best players in the world. That's the level I want to achieve and maintain. I think since the beginning of the season I have done quite well."
