Alexandre Lacazette has revealed he misses the atmosphere of French football and claimed English fans are not supporters, rather spectators.
The Arsenal striker is beginning to fulfil his potential at the London club, but despite rediscovering his goalscoring touch, the French forward is not entirely happy.
The French footballer said Lacazette, “I miss Ligue 1’s atmosphere. In England, the fans are more spectators than supporters. There's a better atmosphere in French stadiums.”
Lacazette was full of praise for Aubameyang after both scored in the 5-1 thrashing of Fulham before the international break.
“It is good, he is like my brother,” Lacazette said. “We talk every day and we love working together. Today in front of the goal we scored two goals each, which is good.”
The France international is into his second season at Emirates Stadium, having completed a £52 million move in the summer of 2017.
