England captain Eoin Morgan has been slammed with a 40% fine on match fees and a one-match ban for slow over-rate in a six-wicket win against Pakistan the third ODI at Bristol.

"England was ruled to be two overs short after time allowances were taken into consideration," read ICC’s statement.
Morgan's teammates were fined 20% of their fees. In his absence, Jos Buttler will lead England in the fourth game against Pakistan. England is 2-0 ahead in the five-match series.
