The Indian women’s team maintained their winning streak against Fiji in the final group clash of the ongoing FIH Women’s Series Final at Hiroshima.
For the Indian team, Gurjit Kaur (15’, 19’, 21’ and 22’) scored four goals while Monika (11’ and 33’) scored a brace. Lalremsiami (4’), Rani Rampal (10’), Vandana Katariya (12’), Lilima Minz (51’) and Navneet Kaur (57’) scored a goal each.
India won their previous game against Poland 5-0 and will now face the winner of Chile-Uruguay encounter in the semifinals on Saturday, June 22.
