Bringing glory to India, shooters Manu Bhaker and Saurabh Chaudhary won gold medals at the current ISSF World Cup 2019 by finishing top in 10m Air Pistol mixed-team event.
The pair of Bhaker and Chaudhary destroyed the competition by comprehensively beating their Chinese counterparts 16-6 in the gold medal battle. The duo had finished fifth in qualification with 482 points.

Earlier, Anjum Moudgil and Divyansh Singh won India's first gold at the tournament, beating China in the final of 10m Air Rifle mixed-team event. The bronze medal went to Yulia Karimova and Grigorii Shamakov of Russia.

Moudgil and Singh’s match against Chinese duo Liu Ruxuan and Yang Haoran was a closely contested one with the opponent having a 13-11 advantage. However, Moudgil and Singh made a brilliant comeback to level the match at 15-15 before winning 17-15 for a first place finish.
