One has to say that you'll have to take a look at this game in two different ways. Firstly, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will be in high spirits while knowing the fact that Delhi Capitals (DC) hasn't gone this far in the Indian Premier League (IPL) before.
On the other hand, Delhi has momentum, with Ricky Ponting and Sourav Ganguly in the think tank have done wonders for the team. I really feel that the Capitals has a chance against Chennai now that they've started to believe that they could get well over the line.
Delhi might have the edge against an aging Chennai side that too at a neutral ground. The Vizag wicket will not provide as much assistance to the spinners like in Chepauk and therefore we might not get to see a collapse of such sorts from Delhi's end. I can guarantee you that it's not going to happen again.
The Delhi top order comprising of Prithvi Shaw, Shikhar Dhawan, Shreyas Iyer with the dangerous Rishabh Pant in the middle can topple this Chennai side.
The bowling attack of DC is quite decent as well with the likes of Ishant Sharma, Trent Boult, Keemo Paul, Axar Patel, and Amit Mishra in the camp. With the kind of team they have, I believe that it may very well turn out to be the year of the underdog.
