Pro wrestling icon Ric Flair has been hospitalized in Atlanta as he is dealing with some "tough medical issues." Flair, who is also known to fans as "Nature Boy," was hospitalized on Saturday morning with heart related issues. By Sunday night, his representative had announced that the potential severity of the issue had worsened.
The 68-yeay-old Flair is a sixteen-time world champion whose popularity has remained strong for decades. Flair made his professional debut in 1972 and was inducted into the World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Fame in 2008.
Former pro wrestler Mick Foley and wrestling executive Eric Bischoff took on Twitter t wish for Flairs’ well-being.
