South Africa have won the toss in the fifth One-Day International against India and decided to bowl first at St George's Park, Port Elizabeth.
After winning the 4th One-Day International against India in Johannesburg, South Africa have made it clear about their intentions that they are not going to let it go easily and they would be surely looking to recreate that kind of performance in the fifth ODI to remain alive in the six-match series.
On the other hand, India who have won three matches and currently leading the series against hosts 3-1 would be looking to seal the series and take a perfect revenge from them against the Test series.
But if we talk about the past record of Indian team at this ground, then they had lost all their five ODIs at Port Elizabeth - four against South Africa and one against Kenya.
Talking about the changes in the playing XI, Indian skipper Virat Kohli has not made any change in the team and is going to play with the same team as he played in the last match. So it means Shreyas Iyer is still there in the team in place of Kedar Jadhav.
While, South African captain Aiden Markram has yet again made a change in their team. Tabraiz Shamsi has been named in the playing XI and he has replaced Chris Morris in the team. Shamsi has not played any match in this series yet. So it is going to be a good contest between him and strong Indian batting line-up.
South Africa (Playing XI): Aiden Markram(c), Hashim Amla, Jean-Paul Duminy, AB de Villiers, David Miller, Heinrich Klaasen(w), Andile Phehlukwayo, Kagiso Rabada, Lungisani Ngidi, Morne Morkel, Tabraiz Shamsi
