Team India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been ruled out of India’s next 2-3 games with a hamstring injury. In the match against Pakistan, he walked off the field without completing his third over.
It is a second big blow for India with Shikhar Dhawan already on the sidelines due to a thumb injury. Captain Virat Kohli confirmed that Kumar will be replaced by Mohammad Shami in the upcoming matches. India’s next three fixtures are against Afghanistan, West Indies and England.
