Day 2 of the ongoing Test match between Australia & India ended with the Indian team putting 172 runs on the board for the loss of 3 wickets. Earlier in the day, Australia were bowled out for 326 in the first inning. Ishant Sharma picked up 4 wickets for Team India. The Virat Kohli-led side started on a disappointing note as they lost both their openers under 10 runs. Murali Vijay and KL Rahul both were bowled.
Cheteshwar Pujara (24) & Virat Kohli stabled the inning and stitched a solid 74-run stand for the fourth wicket. Starc picked up his 2nd wicket and sent Pujara back to the pavilion.
